Unele rezult\u0103 \u00eentr-o pogaci\u0103 crescut\u0103, altele \u00een unele mai simple.<br>Dar toate potolesc copios foamea \u0219i merg de minune cu berea, vinul sau p\u0103linca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ave\u021bi aici o re\u021bet\u0103 mai simplu\u021b\u0103 pentru cele cu jum\u0103ri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ingrediente:<br>Aluat<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>400 g f\u0103in\u0103<\/li><li>100 ml sm\u00e2nt\u00e2n\u0103<\/li><li>25 g drojdie<\/li><li>100 ml lapte<\/li><li>Un pic de zah\u0103r pt. Drojdie<\/li><li>2 linguri de vin alb sec<\/li><li>2 linguri\u021be de sare<\/li><li>Un ou<\/li><li>100 g unt<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Pentru \u201dumplutur\u0103\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>300 g jum\u0103ri<\/li><li>sare \u0219i piper dup\u0103 gust<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Amestec\u0103m laptele c\u0103ldu\u021b cu drojdia \u0219i zah\u0103rul, l\u0103s\u0103m s\u0103 se activeze. Amestec\u0103m cu restul ingredientelor pentru aluat \u0219i fr\u0103m\u00e2nt\u0103m. L\u0103s\u0103m la dospit timp de o or\u0103.<br>Jum\u0103rile le toc\u0103m \u0219i le condiment\u0103m dup\u0103 gust.<br>\u00centindem aluatul \u0219i peste \u00eentindem jum\u0103tate din pasta de jum\u0103ri. \u00cempachet\u0103m dreapta \u2013 st\u00e2nga \u2013 sus \u2013 jos. Dospim 30 de minute. \u00centindem iar aluatul \u0219i ad\u0103ug\u0103m restul pastei de jum\u0103ri. \u00cempachet\u0103m iar \u0219i l\u0103s\u0103m la dospit 30 de minute.<br>\u00centindem aluatul pe o grosime de 1 cm, crest\u0103m \u00een form\u0103 de grilaj \u0219i t\u0103iem pog\u0103cile. Le aranj\u0103m pe tav\u0103 \u0219i le ungem cu un ou b\u0103tut. L\u0103s\u0103m la odihnit 15 minute \u0219i punem \u00een cuptorul \u00eencins la 200 grade. Coacerea dureaz\u0103 15 \u2013  20 de minute.
