Dar a venit \u0219i acest moment.<\/p>\n<p>A\u0219adar, meine Damen und Herren, ich prasentiere Sie der Flammkuchen!<\/p>\n<p>Ingredientele:<br \/>\n&#8211; 350 g f\u0103in\u0103<br \/>\n&#8211; 40 g drojdie proasp\u0103t\u0103<br \/>\n&#8211; jum\u0103tate de lingur\u0103 de zah\u0103r<br \/>\n&#8211; sare \u0219i piper (de preferin\u021b\u0103 alb)<br \/>\n&#8211; 100 ml lapte c\u0103ldu\u021b<br \/>\n&#8211; 100 &#8211; 125 g bacon buc\u0103\u021bele<br \/>\n&#8211; 2 cepe zdravene (de preferin\u021b\u0103 ro\u0219ii)<br \/>\n&#8211; porumb dulce (asta e op\u021bional)<br \/>\n&#8211; 400 g sm\u00e2nt\u00e2n\u0103 gras\u0103<br \/>\n&#8211; unti \u0219i f\u0103in\u0103 pentru preg\u0103tirea t\u0103vii<br \/>\n&#8211; f\u0103in\u0103 pentru suprafa\u021ba de lucru<\/p>\n<p>Punem f\u0103ina \u00eentr-un bol \u0219i facem o gaur\u0103 la mijloc, unde punem drojdia m\u0103run\u021bit\u0103, jum\u0103tate de linguri\u021b\u0103 de zah\u0103r \u0219i vreo trei linguri de ap\u0103 cald\u0103. Amestec\u0103m un pic \u0219i l\u0103s\u0103m vreun sfert de or\u0103 s\u0103 ac\u021bioneze. Dup\u0103 aceea amestec\u0103m un pic \u00een f\u0103in\u0103 \u0219i ad\u0103ug\u0103m \u0219i laptele c\u0103ldu\u021b. Amestec\u0103m bine \u0219i fr\u0103m\u00e2nt\u0103m vreo 5 minute. Eu folosesc mixerul cu cu\u021bitele de fr\u0103m\u00e2ntat. Dac\u0103 mai e nevoie de f\u0103in\u0103, putem ad\u0103uga p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd aluatul se desprinde de pere\u021bi. L\u0103s\u0103m la dospit pre\u021b de vreo or\u0103, p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd se dubleaz\u0103 volumul.<\/p>\n<p>\u00centre timp amestec\u0103m sm\u00e2nt\u00e2na cu un pic de sare \u0219i piperul alb. Eu am ad\u0103ugat \u0219i un pic de ca\u0219caval Gouda ras, s\u0103 ob\u021binem un gust mai pregnant. Ceapa o t\u0103iem buc\u0103\u021bi mai mari sau rondele.<\/p>\n<p>Ungem o tav\u0103 cu unt \u0219i pres\u0103r\u0103m f\u0103in\u0103 sa acopere fundul t\u0103vii. Aluatul dospit \u00eel mai lucr\u0103m un pic \u0219i \u00eel \u00eentindem ca sa copere tava. Pe aluatul \u00eentins punem amestecul de sm\u00e2nt\u00e2n\u0103, pres\u0103r\u0103m ceapa \u0219i baconul. \u00a0Eu am pus \u0219i porumb, la cererea publicului. Am mai pus ni\u0219te piper negru proasp\u0103t m\u0103cinat.<\/p>\n<p>Imediat se introduce \u00een cuptorul gata \u00eenc\u0103lzit \u0219i se las\u0103 la copt la temperatur\u0103\u00a0mare timp de vreo 20-25 minute.
