Unii dintre ei nici m\u0103car nu m\u00e2ncaser\u0103 p\u00e2n\u0103 atunci.<\/p>\n<p>Eu tocmai aveam \u00een congelator o ra\u021b\u0103 \u00eentreag\u0103 \u0219i m-am g\u00e2ndit c\u0103 ar ie\u0219i un meniu de duminic\u0103 perfect din el. \u0218i l-am f\u0103cut \u00eentreg la cuptor. Re\u021beta e foarte simpl\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>Pentru o ra\u021b\u0103 fript\u0103 la cuptor e nevoie de urm\u0103toarele:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; una bucat\u0103 ra\u021b\u0103 (eu am avut de la socrii, crescut\u0103 la ei \u00een curte, dar se g\u0103se\u0219te \u00een orice supermarket\/ hypermarket)<br \/>\n&#8211; sare \u0219i piper<br \/>\n&#8211; rozmarin praf<br \/>\n&#8211; un m\u0103r<br \/>\n&#8211; dou\u0103 portocale<br \/>\n&#8211; usturoi din bel\u0219ug<br \/>\n&#8211; o lingur\u0103 de miere<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen prim\u0103 faz\u0103 am amestecat sarea, piperul \u0219i rozmarinul \u00een cantit\u0103\u021bi dozate ochiometric. Am frecat bine ra\u021ba \u0219i am l\u0103sat-o peste noapte \u00een frigider. A doua zi diminea\u021ba, am pus ra\u021ba \u00eentr-un vas termorezistent cu capac. \u00cen ra\u021b\u0103 am pus jum\u0103tate de m\u0103r, felii de portocale \u0219i c\u0103\u021bei de usturoi. Pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 am pus restul de m\u0103r \u0219i cealalt\u0103 jum\u0103tate de portocal\u0103 \u0219i am turnat \u0219i un pic de ap\u0103.<br \/>\nAm pus capacul vasului \u0219i am b\u0103gat totul la cuptor, pe care l-am setat la 150 grade \u0219i 2 ore.<br \/>\nDup\u0103 dou\u0103 ore am scos vasul. Din a doua portocal\u0103 am stors zeama \u0219i am amestecat-o cu mierea. Dup\u0103 care am turnat jum\u0103tate pe ra\u021ba \u00eentoars\u0103 pe partea cealalt\u0103. Am b\u0103gat-o din nou \u00een cuptor.<br \/>\nDup\u0103 \u00eenc\u0103 vreo 45 de minute am turnat \u0219i restul de zeam\u0103 pe ra\u021b\u0103 \u0219i am b\u0103gat-o la cuptor din nou, de data asta f\u0103r\u0103 capac.<\/p>\n<p>Friptura a fost gata dup\u0103 \u00eenc\u0103 15 minute. Am servit-o cu varz\u0103 ro\u0219ie c\u0103lit\u0103 cu ulei, un pic de zah\u0103r \u0219i boabe de chimion \u0219i piure de cartofi. Dup\u0103 cele trei ore de inhalat miresmele ce ie\u0219eau din cuptor nu am mai avut r\u0103bdare s\u0103 o \u021binem la poz\u0103, dar v\u0103 garantez c\u0103 ar\u0103ta foarte bine.
