A\u0219a c\u0103 v\u0103 povestesc \u0219i vou\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>Ingredientele:<br \/>\n&#8211; aprox 600 g carne de vi\u021bel sau m\u00e2nzat (eu p\u00e2n\u0103 acum am f\u0103cut din vr\u0103bioar\u0103 \u0219i din pulp\u0103)<br \/>\n&#8211; 4-5 cepe mijlocii<br \/>\n&#8211; sos de soia &#8211; cam 4 linguri pentru marinat\u0103<br \/>\n&#8211; usturoi &#8211; vreo 5-6 c\u0103\u021bei<br \/>\n&#8211; ghimbir pudr\u0103<br \/>\n&#8211; sos de stridii<br \/>\n&#8211; ulei (de floarea soarelui sau m\u0103sline)<br \/>\n&#8211; ulei de arahide (op\u021bional)<br \/>\n&#8211; op\u021bional c\u00e2teva ciuperci mun (cred c\u0103 li se mai spune \u0219i urechi de lemn)<\/p>\n<p>Pentru \u00eenceput am cur\u0103\u021bat carnea de membrane s\u0103 r\u0103m\u00e2n\u0103 doar fibra. Am t\u0103iat-o f\u00e2\u0219ii sub\u021biri ca s\u0103 se fac\u0103 c\u00e2t mai u\u0219or. Din cele 4 linguri de sos de soia, ghimbiri, piper \u0219i un pic de ulei de arahide am f\u0103cut o marinat\u0103 \u00een care am pus carnea. Am l\u0103sat-o la repaos \u00een frigider minim 30 de minute.<\/p>\n<p>\u00centre timp am cur\u0103\u021bat ceapa \u0219i usturoiul. Ceapa am t\u0103iat-o buc\u0103\u021bi mai m\u0103ricele, c\u0103 doar nu vrem s\u0103 se fle\u0219c\u0103iasc\u0103. C\u0103\u021beii de usturoi i-am zdrobit un pic cu lama cu\u021bitului \u0219i le-am m\u0103run\u021bit.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen wok am pus ulei de floarea soarelui \u0219i un pic de ulei de arahide. Am \u00eenceput cu usturoiul pe care l-am pus \u00een uleiul \u00eencins. C\u00e2nd s-a ridicat aroma, am ad\u0103ugat \u0219i ceapa. Am pus \u0219i sos de stridii \u0219i de soia. Dup\u0103 ochi. \u00cenainte ca ceapa s\u0103 se \u00eenmoaie am scos totul \u00eentr-un castron.<\/p>\n<p>Am mai ad\u0103ugat un pic de ulei \u0219i am ad\u0103ugat carnea cu marinat\u0103 cu tot. Din nou am ad\u0103ugat din cele dou\u0103 sosuri. \u0218i am tot amestecat ca s\u0103 se rumeneasc\u0103 bine buc\u0103\u021belele de carne. Am mai pus \u0219i ceva piper c\u0103 ne place m\u00e2ncarea mai picant\u0103. Am l\u0103sat s\u0103 se reduc\u0103 lichidul l\u0103sat de carne \u0219i am pus la loc ceapa amestec\u00e2nd p\u00e2n\u0103 totul s-a \u00eenc\u0103lzit \u0219i s-a combinat.<\/p>\n<p>Ciupercile le-am hidratat plas\u00e2ndu-le vreo 15 minute \u00een ap\u0103 fierbinte, dup\u0103 care le-am scurs \u0219i le-am t\u0103iat buc\u0103\u021bi mai mici. C\u00e2nd am scos ceapa am pus ciupercile \u0219i le-am pr\u0103jit, sco\u021b\u00e2ndu-le \u00eenainte s\u0103 pun carnea. \u0218i bine\u00een\u021beles le-am pus din nou \u00eenainte de ceap\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>Ca garnitur\u0103 se pot folosi paste din orez sau noodles cu ou\u0103. Dar prima variant\u0103 a fost parc\u0103 mai interesant\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>V\u0103 recomand s\u0103 \u00eencerca\u021bi \u0219i voi, e o re\u021bet\u0103 simpl\u0103, mai u\u0219or de f\u0103cut dec\u00e2t de descris.
