Acesta se face \u00een special din pui sau vi\u021bel, dar merge \u0219i din porc, m\u00e2nzat sau miel. Ba chiar exist\u0103 variante \u0219i din ciuperci sau pe\u0219te.<\/p>\n<p>Ingredinetele:<br \/>\n&#8211; cam 700 g de carne de pui (s\u0103 fie neap\u0103rat cu os, eu am folosit pulpe superioare)<br \/>\n&#8211; vreo 3 cepe mari<br \/>\n&#8211; o lingur\u0103 de paprika (boia de ardei dulce)<br \/>\n&#8211; un ardei<br \/>\n&#8211; ceva ulei sau untur\u0103 sau (\u00een cazul meu) dou\u0103 felii de sl\u0103nin\u0103, crestate s\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i lase repede untura<br \/>\n&#8211; vreo 3 linguri de sm\u00e2nt\u00e2n\u0103 sau fri\u0219c\u0103 pentru g\u0103tit<br \/>\n&#8211; sare, piper, p\u0103trunjel verde<\/p>\n<p>Ceapa se taie cuburi \u0219i se c\u0103le\u0219te \u00een ulei sau untur\u0103. C\u00e2nd sticle\u0219te se adaug\u0103 carnea \u0219i se las\u0103 un pic s\u0103 se rumeneasc\u0103. Se adaug\u0103 ardeiul t\u0103iat cuburi \u0219i se toarn\u0103 un pic de ap\u0103. Se aduce la fierbere, dup\u0103 care se las\u0103 la foc mic. Se s\u0103reaz\u0103 \u0219i se pipereaz\u0103. S\u0103 ave\u021bi grij\u0103 s\u0103 nu se evapore lichidul, fiindc\u0103 un paprica\u0219 bun are sos din bel\u0219ug.<\/p>\n<p>C\u00e2nd toate se \u00eenmoaie, l\u0103s\u0103m s\u0103 se \u00eengroa\u0219e sosul un pic \u0219i adaug\u0103m sm\u00e2nt\u00e2na. Dar cu grij\u0103, s\u0103 nu se coaguleze. Eu de obicei pun sm\u00e2nt\u00e2na \u00eentr-un castron \u0219i scot sos, amestec\u00e2nd, p\u00e2n\u0103 uniformizez temperaturile \u0219i dup\u0103 aceea torn \u00eenapoi. Se adaug\u0103 p\u0103trunjelul verde se mai las\u0103 c\u00e2teva minute \u0219i e gata.<\/p>\n<p>Bine\u00een\u021beles, dac\u0103 dori\u021bi s\u0103 fie pi\u0219c\u0103cios, atunci pute\u021bi pune \u0219i boia iute sau cu <a title=\"Eros Pista\" href=\"http:\/\/www.chew.hu\/eros_pista\/\">Eros Pista<\/a>. Dar ad\u0103uga\u021bi cu grij\u0103 nu cumva s\u0103 ias\u0103 altceva.<\/p>\n<p>Ca garnitur\u0103 se folosesc \u00een special g\u0103lu\u0219te din f\u0103in\u0103 \u0219i ou, dar merge excelent \u0219i cu m\u0103m\u0103lig\u0103. \u0218i bine\u00een\u021beles nu poate lipsi acritura: noi am avut castrave\u021bi \u00een o\u021bet \u0219i salat\u0103 de varz\u0103 acr\u0103.
